Code of conduct

In the event that a club members behaviour gives sufficient cause for the club to terminate that members current membership status, then that member shall also be deemed ineligible to be a member of any other VORTEC affiliated club for a period to be determined by the VORTEC committee.

The VORTEC committee

The VORTEC committee shall comprise of representatives from each of the associated clubs with all decisions of the committee being made on a one club - one vote basis. Club representatives who have ANY commercial interest in the hobby are specifically prohibited from voting and their clubs vote must be cast by a different club representative.
